COUNSELLING SESSION
Sessions are currently online via Zoom or Skype. If face to face is required this can be discussed. Choices Therapy is in the process of developing online groups. Prices are £30.00 for a 50 minute session. Groups will be less. Experienced with anxiety, depression, addiction, obsessive conditions, self harm, relationship difficulties, stress, bereavement and other issues.
